Self Portrait

What did I do? Today I created a self portrait using the Mr. Picassohead website. I had fun with this activity. I created my self portrait by clicking on the icons on the left of the website (faces, eyes, noses, lips, etc.). I didn't have any issues or questions with this activity and found it to be easy. I think this activity would be a great way for students to engage in art while using technology.

What did I learn? I learned how to create a self portrait using an internet site. I used the different tools and created one that looked similar to myself.

How could I use it? This is a great way to engage art and technology with students. I definitely plan on using this in my classroom. Not only is it fun, but it's educational as well.

My self portrait is below.
